His focus has been on strengthening supplier partnerships — particularly the company's authorized dealership with General Tyre — while expanding the range of OTR, STA, truck and household products Mehta Group is able to offer.
He has overseen the modernization of the company's operations, from inventory and logistics to customer communication, ensuring that Mehta Group can serve construction firms, fleet operators and individual customers with the same responsiveness regardless of order size.
Under his leadership, the company has placed a renewed emphasis on quality assurance and after-sales support, recognizing that in an industry where equipment downtime is costly, reliability is the product as much as the tyre itself.
He views Mehta Group's next chapter as one of measured expansion — reaching more of Pakistan without compromising the personal, relationship-driven service the company has been known for since 1962.
